Yesterday I got a letter from Hannibal. His lawyer had been to see him and came to him with a plea. If he pleads to the DUI charges they will drop the faliure to appear. He will do time served, pay some fines and have to take drug classes (diversion I would guess). Court is on Monday...so if she can get sentencing done at the same time he will be out by that afternoon....if not by Tuesday I believe. Hopefully this little slap on the wrist will teach him.  He's still got a long way to go...now having no license, no job and as far as I know no place to live. I'll update as I find out more. |

This is all news to me Let me know how it goes. If he's stuck in there I'd like to be able to write him. Also, if you could tell him that no matter what happens in there, I don't think any less of him for it that would be great. It wouldn't kill me to hear some good news about him every once in a while either ;D |

wow I didnt know he was in jail just signed onto the forum for the first time.Give him my best jail isnt a fun place to be anytime.
